Project Description

Our design approach focused on creating a more open and connected layout, particularly between the dining and lounge areas. The refurbishment included new flooring throughout, a full repaint, and the elegant refacing of the staircase. Custom joinery was designed and installed to enhance the lounge area with both style and practicality.

The upper level was equally considered, with two bedrooms receiving new flooring, upgraded electrical work, and refreshed wall treatments.

From our initial consultation, we uncovered the full potential of the home. By identifying key functional needs and exploring opportunities to incorporate modern design elements, we created a space that balances sophistication with warmth.
