The Martin Project was a truly special opportunity presented to our team when a wonderful couple approached us to help reimagine their home—a beautiful estate perched high on the hill with sweeping views of the bay. While the home had great bones and stunning engineered timber floors, it was beginning to feel tired and in need of a refresh.
Working closely with the clients, we embraced their brief for a coastal-inspired aesthetic—perfectly suited to the home’s bayside location. We retained the original flooring as a key feature and redesigned the interiors to reflect a calm, timeless coastal feel.
Throughout the home, we introduced all-new bathrooms, reconfigured the master suite to include a spacious walk-in shower, and created a more practical and elegant layout. Fresh carpet, updated painting throughout, new electrical work, and thoughtfully selected fixtures and fittings were added to bring the home up to date.
One of the standout features is the upgraded staircase—a striking hero piece that makes a statement upon entry. We also installed a brand new kitchen, complete with a restructured layout that allowed for the addition of a functional butler’s pantry, cleverly housing the fridge.
To complete the transformation, we were invited to provide full styling services, including furniture and décor selection. The result is a fully renovated, tranquil coastal home that reflects the clients’ vision and lifestyle. It was a true honour to bring their dream to life after their long search for the right team to guide them through the journey.
